For several years, we have been proud to offer our destination conferences at a consistent price of $199. As the costs to deliver these events have grown, particularly for essentials like CEU application and approval, we need to adjust our pricing.

This increase is necessary to maintain the high standard of quality you expect from our lectures and services. We did not make this decision lightly and sincerely apologize for this necessary change.

Conference fee of $199.00 per person (you can bring a significant other, and they don't pay $199.00—only this person who comes to our conference pays).

Important Notes

Please read these important details before booking

Any increase of taxes or surcharges by the hotel or airline at any time will be the responsibility of each individual passenger.

Rates Do Not Include Airfare to or From Costa Rica. Triple and Child Rates Are Available Upon Request.

Flights Need to Be Booked Into Liberia (LIR) Airport. If Alternate Airport is Selected, Transfers Are at Your Own Cost.

Reservations and Cancellations

Please contact Crystal Chiricos at AAA Travel 570-914-9180 or email cchiricos@aaanorthpenn.com. Your full name as it appears on your passport along with your birthdate is required when making a reservation. A deposit of $150.00 per person is due at the time of making a reservation.
Final Payment is due into AAA by February 15, 2024. After January 15, 2024 deposit is non refundable. The group cannot drop below a minimum of 10 rooms, or the rates will increase, or the group may be cancelled.
We strongly suggest the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance.
