Board may grant temporary permit to a graduate respiratory care practitioner. A temporary permit is nonrenewable and terminates 3 months from the date when the applicant becomes eligible to take the licensure exam or upon applicant's failure to pass the exam, whichever occurs first (Chapter 36-4C-8)
